Fast sketching

What a great skill it would be to be able to sketch someone very fast and still be able to capture their character on paper? It would take a lot of practice and studying their face ahead of time. This is a 'sloppy' first attempt! I did this in 4-5 seconds without referencing any particular person or photo....just doodling. Charcoal on paper.
